Party guests suffered from no shortage of libations, with a variety of brews provided by Alamo Beer, including their Golden Ale, German Pale Ale, Pilsner and Amber Lager. Guests feasted on a variety of spectacular dishes prepared by Lüke San Antonio’s Executive Chef John Russ, including a roasted pumpkin salad prepared with feta and peppers, fresh farmer’s market vegetables, shrimp creole with popcorn rice, roasted chicken with brabant potatoes, bread pudding with candied pecans, and more! This past Friday, the cast and crew of The Phantom of the Opera, plus friends of Las Casas gathered at Lüke San Antonio for an evening of great food, libations and cheer, as we welcomed (and in a couple of cases, welcomed home) the cast and crew of this spectacular production.
